Hi, Chris here.
I grew up in Oregon always near the river and among the woodland creatures. I studied art and design at the University of Oregon. After graduating, I worked as a designer in a few different industries and ended up in the gaming industry in Las Vegas for 17 years. Finally, I managed to escape Las Vegas and move back to Oregon. Now, I live near Myrtle Creek, Oregon with my wife, Lovely Linda. We have three kids ​(all grown up), ​Jack, Chelsea, and Craig. ​I like to bike, hike, camp, and kayak.
My favorite spot is on the​ Oregon coast sand dunes.

Since 2015, I've focused on self-publishing. I've created a couple of books under my Artist Kayak imprint as well as a number of illustrated gift booklets for kids.
